Dr. Cassia Braulio

Dr. Cassia, received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1995, in Sao Paulo , Brazil, where she was born and raised.  Right after finishing  school she was accepted  to the Endodontics Specialty  course, which granted her root canal specialist degree.  Parallel to working at her office work, she was also involved in teaching at the University Paulista, Faculty of Dentistry, in Sao Paulo.  She was a clinical instructor at the Department of Medically compromised children.

In a search for a better quality of life, she immigrated to Canada  and in 2004  she was accepted in the Dental Qualifying Program at the University of Western of Ontario, where she validated her dental  degree. Since then, she has been practicing Dentistry in Canada.

However it was long before  Canada, that her interest in Dentistry surfaced. When she was only 16 years old, she accepted a  volunteer summer job at a dental office. She had the chance to work with two amazing individuals, both passionate professors that loved teaching. Their passion for dentistry extended to her and Dentistry has been one of her passions ever since.

She had also been involved in teaching university students at clinical level, at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, Restorative Department.

When Dr Cassia is not working, she is spending quality time with her family, friends and pets.

Dr. Henrique Bueno

Dr Bueno joined Glen Erin Dental in September, 2019.

He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Brazil ( where he was born and raised) . He carries also a  Specialty Degree in Orthodontics from Brazil.

Dr Bueno has been practicing general dentistry and orthodontics for over 20 years. He is extremelly likeable, friendly, and high-spirited. He is committed to providing his patients with the highest level of care.

Dr Bueno  shares the same philosophy of care to  the one  Dr Braulio believes to be the best for patients. 

Dr Bueno and his wife Catia, when they are not working, keep their life busy and fulfilled by taking care of their son Matteo who will be 2 years old in July 2022. Matteo is a happy, smiley  and healthy boy.  

Mackenzie

Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator

Although Dr Braulio and Mackenzie know each other  for over 16 years, Mack has joined our team, only in 2020 after her previous dentist retired. 

She will be one of your first contacts when you call our office. Mack will help you  booking appointments, understanding our office policies and will help you with any question you may have. 

Mack carries many years of experience in the dental field,  which makes  dentistry  very easy for her to explain  to you, the doctors recommended treatment plan. 

Mackenzie  is very passionate about her work and makes everything in her power to accommodate  and anticipate your dental needs. She is kind and caring which makes her perfect for the health care environment.

She has 3 children and 3 grandchildren which completes her life along with her husband Tom. She is still looking for her dream yorkie pup, which will be named Louis (Lui). 

She  always looks forward to meeting our patients. 

Betina

Administrative Assistant

Betina has joined the Glen Erin Dental family in 2021. She  graduated as a dentist from a  Brazilian Dental School and brings her experience to our team while she studies to validate her dental degree one day.

She is kind and caring and will help you at the chair side with the doctors. She also manages the clinical part of the office, making sure all the clinical protocols are in place  and all our state of art equipment is functioning properly. 

She looks forward to welcome and help you with any question you may have about your appointment. 

Betina along with her husband Alex enjoy exploring  Ontario and love life outdoors. 

Lussandra

Dental Assistant Level II

Lussandra joined our team in 2021. Her previous vast experience as a nurse helps us providing a very caring and patient oriented  approach to our daily treatments. 

She has been exceeding her skills  daily, since she  graduated from Assisting School. She loves working at Glen Erin and you will experience that, in each appointment that she will be the assistant.

She is happy and funny and loves to take your mind off from the potential " dental chair fear". 

She is a happy mommy to Felipe a happy 3 year-old boy. 

Jocelyne

Receptionist

Jocelyne is a kind and caring person, and brings a  positive attitude to our office. We are very happy to welcome her as the  newest member added to our Glen Erin Dental family.

She will  do anything in her power to help you with your dental needs. If there is anything  in which Jocelyne can not immediately help you with, she will make sure to talk to our Manager or to one of the doctors to find out how she can help you. 

When Jocelyne is not working she is taking care of her lovely family.
