What should I bring and when should I arrive for my first appointment?
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This extra time allows our administrative team, Jocelyne and Mackenzie, to efficiently guide you through the necessary paperwork and review your insurance details.
Who will I meet first, and what is the first step of the assessment?
You will first be greeted by our administrative team, Jocelyne and Mackenzie. Following that, you will meet our dedicated dental assistants, Regina and Betina. They will review your medical and dental history, take intraoral photos, and perform a digital scan of your mouth. If required, they will also take any necessary radiographs (X-rays).
What does Dr. Cassia Braulio's detailed assessment include?
Dr. Cassia Braulio will conduct a thorough, detailed assessment, which includes: - An examination of every tooth. - An examination and precise measurements of your gums. - An oral cancer check. - A joint assessment of your TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint).
How will the treatment plan be explained to me?
Once all the necessary information is collected, we will take you to a dedicated consultation room. Dr. Cassia, along with our Treatment Coordinator, Mackenzie, will then explain your treatment plan in detail. Our plans are based exclusively on your specific oral health needs.
What help is available regarding dental insurance and benefits?
Our administrative team, Jocelyne and Mackenzie, are ready to assist with your dental benefits. They can help you understand your coverage, submit claims on your behalf, process pre-estimates, and coordinate your future appointments.
