Our Passionate Team
Our dedicated team is at the heart of Glen Erin Dental. We are a group of highly qualified and experienced dentists, hygienists, and staff, all committed to providing exceptional stomatology care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Meet Dr. Cassia
Dr. Cassia’s journey in dentistry began at just 16 years old, during a volunteer summer job at a dental office in São Paulo, Brazil. Inspired by two passionate dentists and educators, she found her calling early — one rooted in care, curiosity, and a love for learning.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1995, followed by a specialization in Endodontics (root canal treatments). Alongside managing her own practice, she also taught at Universidade Paulista, where she served as a clinical instructor in the Department of Medically Compromised Children.
In 1999, driven by a desire for a better quality of life, Dr. Cassia immigrated to Canada. She revalidated her credentials through the University of Western Ontario’s Dental Qualifying Program and has been practicing dentistry in Canada ever since. Her passion for education continued here as well, teaching clinical restorative dentistry at the University of Toronto.
Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Cassia is animal lover, and hobbyist beekeeper. She enjoys walking Ontario’s scenic trails and cherishes time spent with loved ones. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she is deeply committed to making every patient feel at home — because for her, dentistry is not just a profession, it’s a lifelong mission of care.
Meet Mackezie
Mackenzie became part of the Glen Erin Dental family in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a longstanding professional connection with Dr. Braulio spanning over 16 years. After her previous dentist retired, she chose to join our practice — and we couldn’t be more grateful.
As our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, Mackenzie is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when calling our clinic. She’s responsible for scheduling appointments, guiding patients through treatment plans, and ensuring all your questions are answered with clarity and care. Her deep knowledge of dentistry helps make complex procedures feel simple and stress-free.
Warm, approachable, and incredibly dedicated, Mackenzie is passionate about making your dental experience smooth, comfortable, and positive.
Outside the office, she enjoys a vibrant family life as a mother of three, grandmother of three, and proud pet parent to Louis, her beloved Yorkie. Mackenzie is fluent in both English and French and looks forward to welcoming you with a smile.
Jocelyne is a warm and welcoming presence at Glen Erin Dental, always greeting patients with a bright smile and a kind heart. Her positive attitude and dedication shine through in everything she does — whether she's assisting with dental needs or simply making your visit more enjoyable.
She goes the extra mile to ensure every patient feels comfortable, valued, and well cared for, making her an essential and beloved part of our team.
Outside the clinic, Jocelyne cherishes time with her family and loves creating lasting memories with the people closest to her.

Karen began her journey in dental care over 30 years ago after graduating from Cambrian College as a Dental Assistant in 1989. Inspired by a growing passion for oral health, she returned to Cambrian to earn her Dental Hygienist diploma in 2002. Since then, she’s been helping patients feel confident and cared for with her warm, friendly approach.
Originally from Sudbury and now living in Georgetown, Karen is a proud mom of two and shares her home with her husband and their beloved dog, Cuba.
Outside the office, she’s a dedicated sports fan — especially when it comes to hockey, football, and basketball — and loves to travel. Each year, she joins friends in fundraising efforts for Easter Seals, supporting kids with disabilities, a cause that holds a special place in her heart.

With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Arely brings a deep and well-rounded understanding of oral health to every patient interaction. Before becoming a licensed Dental Hygienist 7 years ago, she worked as a Dental Assistant — giving her valuable insight into all aspects of clinical care.
Arely is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health and takes pride in educating them with clarity, care, and encouragement.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys a full and joyful life as a mom to her baby boy. In her free time, you’ll find her dancing, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Arely speaks both English and Spanish and looks forward to making you feel at ease during every visit.
With more than 25 years of experience in Dentistry in Brazil, Regina brings deep expertise and heartfelt passion to every aspect of patient care. Since moving to Canada, she has continued her journey as a dental assistant, combining technical knowledge with a warm, supportive approach.
Regina takes pride in helping patients feel at ease during their visits and ensuring they feel well cared for throughout their experience.
When she's not in the clinic, Regina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing piano, darts, and indulging her creative side through arts and crafts. A true sports enthusiast, she loves volleyball, baseball, and softball — and is a devoted Formula 1 fan.
She speaks both English and Portuguese and looks forward to welcoming you to Glen Erin Dental.
Betina joined the Glen Erin Dental family in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in dentistry. A graduate of a Brazilian Dental School, she’s currently working toward validating her dental degree in Canada, while contributing her expertise to our team.
Kind, attentive, and highly organized, Betina supports both patients and doctors chairside and often assists over the phone when needed. She also manages the clinical operations of the practice — ensuring protocols are followed and our modern equipment runs smoothly.
Outside of the clinic, Betina enjoys exploring Ontario’s natural beauty alongside her husband, Alex.
She speaks both English and Portuguese and looks forward to making your visit as seamless and welcoming as possible.
